Extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian, produced and bottled by Azienda Agricola La Sala in San Severo, in the heart of the Apulian Capitanata. A single family, the same land, for over eighty years.
Made from four cultivars harvested in our olive groves — Peranzana, Santa Caterina, Marina and Coratina — cold-milled within a few hours of harvesting, using only mechanical processes. No blending, no oil purchased from third parties.

In the bag-in-box, the bag collapses as you pour: no air gets inside, and the oil stays as fresh as the first day, even when the box is half empty. Five litres with a tap, to keep in the pantry.
