Eighty years on the same land

Three generations on the same olive groves. We don't buy olives from anyone: what arrives in the can comes from our trees, harvested by us.

The difference

Your can is filled on the day you order

Almost everyone cans their oil in October and then leaves the cans sitting in a warehouse for months. Our oil stays in sealed tanks and is exposed to the air only once: when you open it.

Twenty-four hours

From the field to the mill in a day

An olive left waiting is oil lost. Ours are pressed within twenty-four hours of harvest — and on the label you'll find the exact day it happened.

  • 24h from harvesting to milling
  • 0.30% maximum acidity, compared to the statutory 0.80%
  • 2.000 liters a year, and then you wait for the next harvest
