GENERAL PROVISIONS

The terms and conditions set out below (the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) shall form part of all the agreements executed between Azienda Agricola La Sala and the Buyer for the supply of the Seller products (the  “Products”). User registration is required to purchase them through a specific form. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all transaction executed between Azienda Agricola La Sala and the Buyer without and need of express reference thereto or agreement the reon at the conclusion of such transaction. Any dissenting terms and conditions shall only apply if  confirmed in writing by Azienda Agricola La Sala.
Azienda Agricola La Sala reserves the right to change, integrate or vary the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, by including such variations in the quotations or in any other written correspondence sent to the Buyer. The sending of the purchase order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale and privacy policy.
N.B. The products of Azienda Agricola La Sala Pasquale have a maximum shelf life of two years.

ORDERS

Azienda Agricola La Sala offers shall not be binding, in particular with reference to quantities, price and delivery time. Orders placed by the Buyer shall not be regarded as accepted before these have been confirmed by Azienda Agricola La Sala in writing. If Azienda Agricola La Sala should fail to confirm an agreement in writing which it has entered into verbally, Azienda Agricola La Sala’s invoice or the execution of the order by Azienda Agricola La Sala shall be regarded as confirmation. Orders and/or amendments of orders placed verbally or by telephone, must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer. Otherwise Azienda Agricola La Sala does not accept any responsibility for errors or consequent misunderstandings.

PRICES

The prices of the products offered for sale on the Internet site of Agricola La Sala, are indicated in Euros and the prices in effect at the time the Order by the Customer. Azienda Agricola La Sala will change the selling prices of the products at any time without notice. This change will be reported to the customer before sending any order. Product prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs that vary depending on the weight (see Shipping) and are displayed in the summary of the Order before the confirmation of the same by the Customer.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

All orders placed will be delivered to the shipping address specified by Azienda Agricola La Sala when the order is placed. The goods are all assured and order is 100% guaranteed. Azienda Agricola La Sala will deliver the products selected as confirmed in the e-mail summary.

TAX RECORDS

The products always travel accompanied by an order summary. Azienda Agricola La Sala will bill at the request of the customer, which can be made when ordering.
N.B. Once the customer confirms the order, he declares to have knowingly accepted the contents and conditions of the Order in question and, in particular, the General Conditions of Sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and time delivery of the products offered for sale and ordered by the customer.
