Goods may be returned by the Purchaser only and exclusively in the event that they reach the same with obvious and significant conformity defects.
In these cases, the Purchaser must first give immediate written notice to the Supplier (contactable by tel. no.: 0882242114, email: info@agricolalasala.com), requesting the replacement of the product, and, only once written confirmation of the return has been obtained, return the product (if requested by the Supplier) – by sending the package containing the defective product to Azienda Agricola La Sala (VAT Number IT02285940710), with headquarters in San Severo, Via Mario Carli 58, 71016 – in the manner agreed by the Supplier.
It is the Supplier’s right to refuse the return if the delivery is not accepted ‘with reservation’.
The goods will be replaced as soon as possible, subject to verification of product availability (if the same product is not available, it may be replaced by a product similar in quantity and value).
In no case will returns be made for products shipped abroad.
