The Purchaser or the recipient of the Order, can, also, will call Azienda Agricola La Sala to the number +39 0882 242114 to find out how to return the product or damaged products, non-compliant and/or defective. The procedure for the return of damaged products, non-compliant and/or defective must be performed by the Buyer. The Customer must then return the product at its own expense and send an e–mail to info@agricolalasala.com address with the data relating to your bank account (in order for the return of the sum).

The return of the Products may be effected by any carrier/courier/shipping company of the customer’s choice; remember that the charges will be borne by the customer. The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of Azienda Agricola La Sala, is under the full responsibility of the customer.

Because the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, it is necessary that the products purchased are returned intact, unused, in their original packaging with original tags and not removed with attached tax records. The packaging of products must be accurate in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labeling. All products and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and it must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered.

Mode of refund of amount paid

The effect of withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of returned products from Azienda Agricola La Sala. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with the foregoing provisions, Azienda Agricola La Sala will reimburse the amount paid for the purchase, minus all shipping and transportation costs by bank transfer (or other form of payment) within 30 days of receiving the returned products.

Azienda Agricola La Sala will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided for by the Return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping.
