Description
Wine produced only from grapes grown by the Azienda Agricola La Sala, which has always used its knowledge to make best product. In the vineyard the best products for the growing of the grapes were used and in the winery the minimum quantities required for the best growth and keeping of the wine must. Since pruning, the work is set up to obtain high quality. The harvest is done strictly by hand and selecting the best bunches.
The wine obtained has a limpid pale pink color. It expresses fragrant floral and fruity flavors on the nose. On the palate it reveals a consistent and balanced taste, firm and with a nice persistence.
